Soil Pollution

Soil Pollution

Fertilizers can seep into the ground and harm animals. The chemicals then get into underground waterways. Then, the chemicals can harm animals when the animals are drinking water or when they come into contact with toxic substances.

How can we help?

We can help minimize soil pollution by choosing natural fertilizer or compost instead of common fertilizer. Also, try to stay away from using artificial ways to make your grass grow, because chemicals from that may seep into waterways.
